Shipping policy
Order Processing
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, except for US Holidays. In most cases the order will ship the same day, if the order is received and processed before 4:00 PM CST. Orders placed after 4:00 PM CST, on Saturday, Sunday or a US Holiday, will be processed on the following business day.
International Shipping
We currently offer international shipping to the following countries:

Important: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. If applicable, Rooster is not responsible for these charges and you, as customer, will be solely responsible for payment of such amounts.
Special Instructions
Any order placed with "special instructions" may be delayed and may not ship the same day. Special instructions must be reviewed, and approved, before the order can be processed.

Order Status
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Delays
Rooster will use commercially reasonable efforts to make deliveries in a prompt manner. However, delivery date estimates are not guaranteed. Rooster expressly disclaims all liability for any carrier shipping delays.
Damages
Rooster is not liable for any product damaged or lost during shipping. If you did not receive your order, or received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Important: Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
